MY SERVICES & FEES

Dr. Werner practices exclusively via telehealth and all appointments can be done from the privacy of your own home.

INITIAL CONSULTATION (60 min) - $275

A comprehensive evaluation for new patients to the practice. Includes: clinical interview, collaborative identification of treatment goals, development of treatment plan, psychoeducation and coordination of care.

THERAPY + MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
(60 min) - $350

A 60-minute therapy session offers you a dedicated space to explore your thoughts and feelings. During this time, you can discuss personal challenges, set goals, and develop coping strategies in a supportive environment. My goal is to help you gain insights and tools to navigate life's complexities effectively. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, ensuring you receive the guidance support you deserve and is complemented with medication management.

FOLLOW-UP MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
(30 min) -$200

A review and discussion of current treatment plan and medications with brief, supportive therapeutic interventions.

LIMITATIONS

Please note that Dr. Werner does not:

Perform fitness for duty or forensic assessments
Provide Buprenorphine prescriptions or outpatient detoxes
Write letters for emotional support animals
Accept Medicaid or Medicare
Conduct telemedicine visits for patients outside of CT or NY.
Complete disability/FMLA paperwork for new patients.

INSURANCE

Dr. Werner does not currently accept any insurance and is considered an "out-of-network provider" for all insurance plans. Dr. Werner is able to provide necessary documentation for submission for reimbursement from your insurance company for treatment provided.

Medicare and medicaid beneficiaries are not permitted to submit claims for out-of-network providers.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS/LATE CANCELLATIONS

Appointments are never double-booked and are set aside exclusively for you. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment or no-show visits will be subject to a $100 fee.
